Swordfish

Driven by the thought of the swordfish in the refrigerator going uneaten I scrambled home in time for lunch.  The fish barely smelled like fish so I knew it would be good.   This would be a quickie since I already decided I would use my fresh salsa and leftover beet slaw as garnish.  Keeping it southwest I seasoned the fish with Dingo Dust (cajun style) and yanked out a small cast iron.  With the heat cranked I blackened it on both sides.  To make sure I was still alive I chopped a habanero, with seeds, and added it to the salsa.  Yes the green specks in the salsa are hot.  And now my face is on fire.  But I am alive.
