Real men eat lentils…and grow sprouts too!  French lentils are the filet mignon of the vegan world.  How lucky are we not to live in that world?  Very.  Don’t get me wrong, this beefy bowl of curried lentils and barley,  a tomato salad side, sriracha and non-fat greek yogurt is right in my wheelhouse.  But living without fried chicken, barbecue, pork products, braised meats, seafood, eggs, cheese, (the list goes on) is like living in Iowa.  And as fate would have it, I don’t live there.

    that might be dinner . . . shhhh, not a word to the meat-head! help me out though, curry . . tumeric, cumin or just curry . . . .what is going on in that deliciousness

    chopped onions, carrots, garlic, oregano (I put oregano in almost everything), curry powder and/or garam masala (if you have it), but any combination of Indian spices will work…gotta have the yogurt and sriracha though…bon appetit

    Looks yummy … reminds me of the Korean dish bibim bap. Lots of veggies, hot sauce, egg, and most important rice!
