Is it possible to make a meal without leftovers?  Not for me.  Take, for instance, pasta.  I start by putting half a box in boiling water, then I add a bit more, thinking there won’t be enough, and eventually dump the entire pound in.  The same happens with mashed potatoes.  So what does one do with all those day old spuds?  You got it, Shepherds (Cottage) Pie.  This one is made with ground turkey and leftover gravy.  Nothing wrong with having a little tomorrow a lot today.

    I’m not very sure what it is but I don’t care I’d eat it any day
