The temptation to play on the words lettuce wrap is almost overwhelming.  The only defense I have is to shove another one of these hoisin-laced chicken parcels into my pie hole.  Although the crunch of the water chestnuts, celery and peanuts with the brightness of the red peppers and scallions seem to create a type of gastro-musical prose, I won’t go there.  But the ginger, orange zest and garlic do generate a form of hip hop in the mouth.  Add the homemade caramelized chili sauce and the crowd starts waving their hands.  So put your hands in the air and make a wrap…if you dare.

I was too busy chatting and should have stolen some from your other half yesterday. IT looks delish.
