What to do with those white beans left over from last night’s dinner?  Stuff them in a purple pepper.  Now that’s one proud pepper.   Propped up on a sea of asparagus puree, doused with fresh herbs and sprinkled with parmesan, this meal gives the beasts a break.  So be bold, go veggie, eat healthy and save a life.
